Surprise, Surprise. I received the Medal in less than two weeks. Most of us have applied for this Medal before without success. Take your paperwork to the VA or some other Veterans organizations, and have them call GARY at 1-210-565-2356 and then FAX the Info to him. Lets hope everyone receives the Medal. Roy
